As a licenced automotive locksmith we have all the necessary tools and skills to open your car, supply you with replacement keys, spare keys and even offer cost effective solutions such as keys with no remotes which will get you out of trouble at minimum cost.

Modern cars use transponder keys for maximum security. Transponder keys disarm the vehicle immobiliser when the car key is used to start the engine. Transponder keys need to be programmed for each individual car. Depending on the make and model of your car these keys can be particularly expensive, often they can be hundreds of dollars each.

Many manufacturers are now using Smart Keys which allow the driver to keep the key fob on their person while locking, unlocking and starting the car. The driver simply unlocks the car by depressing the door handle or boot release and then starts the engine by pressing a start button or the turn of an ignition switch. Each manufacturer has its own brand name for smart keys and we keep abreast of new product releases and changes in technology.
